Exchange the Product or Refund

Yes, if you notice something wrong about the product within 15 days after you received. Kindly note, the photo of the product and the label on the box are necessary.

About Orders and Cancellations

Unfortunately, you cannot add on more products after you have successfully paid for an order and if the seller has scheduled your order for pick up.

If you still wish to add another product, you need to place a new order with the additional products in it.

Orders may be canceled by sellers due to various reasons, such as out-of-stock situations, delivery area is out of range, or as per buyer’s request (some buyer-initiated cancellations require approval from sellers).

If your order is canceled by the seller, our system will immediately process the refund according to the payment method used for this order. 

• You can only request cancellation once per order. If your request is denied or withdrawn, you can't request another one again for the same order. Learn more about why you can’t cancel your order.
• You can request Manual Order Cancellation directly from the seller. However, the seller must agree with the request for the order cancellation to proceed.

If suddenly you’ve changed your mind after placing an order due to finding a better deal elsewhere, no longer needing the product or you’ve ordered the wrong item. You may wait for your order to arrive or request for return/refund.

If you are requesting to cancel your order due to long shipping delays or unexpected delivery changes, you may extend the Kanzway Guarantee of your order.
